wild caught salmon, zucchini noodles with a creamy basil avocado sauce. For the zoodles, I keep them plain because I mix in the the basil avocado sauce as they are just about finished cooking in the sauce pan and let the sauce just soak in
To make the marinade, puree the garlic, ginger, lemon grass, fish sauce, soysauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and cayenne in a blender or small food processor
Mix the soy mince with the broccoli rice and pour everything into an oven-proof dish. 200 g soy mince meat. 2 dl bearnaise sauce. Mix in peas, soy mince and fry for 5 minutes. Pour on the bearnaise sauce and bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes
Har velat testa att göra en ”muggkaka” men har aldrig hittat ett bra recept. Sökte runt lite på internet och man behövde i alla fall en bas av gryn/mjöl och ett eller flera ägg
