  • 6 tbsp white quinoa, rinsed and soaked in water 10-12 hours 6 tbsp buckwheat groats, rinsed and soaked in water 10-12 hours 1,5 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
  • 2-3 cardamom pods, seeds crushed
